Welcome to the website of Five Rivers Rotisserie (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your use of our website, online services, Rewards Club, and marketing communications. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Website Use

Our site is intended for users aged 16 and over. Use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site, nor submit harmful code or automated scraping without permission.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

Third-party platforms (e.g. Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat). If you order via a delivery partner, your contract is with that partner and their terms apply. We do not control their fees, delivery times, or service; any issues should be raised with the partner in the first instance (we will assist where we reasonably can).

In-house orders (if offered). A contract is formed when we accept your order (for example by on-screen or email confirmation) or begin preparing it. Until acceptance, we may decline or cancel and issue a refund. Prices include VAT where applicable and may change prior to order acceptance. Availability and substitutions are subject to stock and at our discretion.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Issues

Because food is perishable, once preparation has begun or an order has been handed to a courier it cannot be cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you cancel before preparation starts, we may refund you in full at our discretion.

If there is a problem (such as missing or incorrect items, or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours with your order details and any supporting photos. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement or refund.

5. Food Safety & Allergens

We comply with the Food Safety Act 1990 and Food Information Regulations 2014. Our kitchen handles allergens including (without limitation) nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and sesame. While care is taken to reduce cross-contamination risk, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering. Allergen information is available on request and displayed on our menu.

6. Rewards Club

The Five Rivers Rotisserie Rewards Club lets registered members earn digital points or stamps on qualifying in-store purchases and redeem rewards when thresholds are reached.

Eligibility. Free to join; requires a valid email and secure password. One account per person.
Earning & redemption. Issuance is recorded at purchase; rewards become available when criteria are met. Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be subject to a short verification hold.
Expiry & inactivity. Points or stamps may expire after 12 months of inactivity. We may notify you before expiry where feasible.
Errors & adjustments. We may correct balances for suspected errors, system issues, or abuse (with a record of adjustments).
Fair use & fraud. Multiple accounts, misuse, or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or loss of points and/or account closure.
Programme changes. We may change, suspend, or end the programme or individual rewards at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
Data & privacy. We process your data in line with our Privacy Policy (for example, account, authentication, and anti-fraud).

7. Email Sign-Up & Marketing

If you subscribe to our emails, you consent to receive occasional updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via links in our messages. We do not sell subscriber data to third parties for their marketing.

8. Promotions & Offers

Subject to availability and may change or end without notice while stocks last.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or transferred.
Limits may apply (for example one per customer, specific times or dates, or participating items only).
Specific terms on a promotion take precedence over these general terms.
We comply with the CAP Code and UK advertising rules.

9. Prices & Payment

Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
For in-house orders, payment methods will be displayed at checkout; a pre-authorisation may be applied.
We reserve the right to correct price or description errors prior to acceptance; if we cannot contact you, we may cancel and refund.
Third-party platforms may apply their own fees and pricing.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to or embed third-party services (for example, delivery platforms, maps, or social media). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We exclude all implied warranties relating to the website and its content.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, strikes, utility failures, or governmental actions.
